Frequently asked questions
Can I try Pro for free?
Yes. All Free users can activate a 14-day Pro trial without credit card. Once it ends, if you haven't subscribed, you'll be downgraded to Free without losing any data.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your account automatically downgrades to Free. You won't lose any data — you just lose access to advanced features until you upgrade.
What are free viewers?
On the Team plan, you can invite unlimited viewers (read-only). Viewers can see dashboards, opportunities, and PRDs but cannot edit or create content. They do not count toward paid seats.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade whenever you want. Changes apply immediately and payments are prorated automatically.
Can I pay annually?
Yes. Pro and Team plans include a 20% discount with annual billing.
How does the Enterprise plan work?
Enterprise is a custom plan for large organizations. It includes SSO/SAML, API access, dedicated support, and custom SLAs. Contact our sales team for more details.
Is my data safe?
Absolutely. We take security very seriously and use bank-level encryption for all data. Our servers are hosted on secure infrastructure and we comply with strict privacy standards.
Do you offer refunds?
We want you to be satisfied with Hearstack. If for any reason you're not happy in the first 30 days of your paid subscription, contact us and we'll issue a full refund, no questions asked.
